This website provides information about technical leadership and digital product development services. Accessing it means you accept this legal notice. Users agree to use it lawfully and not to harm its operation or the systems that support it.
3. Services, prices and diagnosis
Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. Published prices are in euros and do not include VAT. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work starts.
The technical diagnosis costs €300. If you then book hours, the €300 is deducted from your first invoice. Once delivered, the diagnosis is non-refundable.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, designs, images and code on this website belong to its owner or are used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission. The code developed for each client belongs to that client as agreed in their contract, with no dependency on the owner's own tools.
5. Liability
The owner strives to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is error-free or that the website will be available without interruption. Links to third-party websites are provided for reference only, and the owner is not responsible for their content.
6. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Valencia, unless a mandatory rule establishes a different jurisdiction.
