How I work with you and what it costs

HALO is the method. I lead your AI development and build the systems you need to reach production, with transparent pricing and no surprises.

How I work

Technical leadership. HALO in action.

I lead your AI development and apply the HALO methodology day to day, building the systems and agents you need to reach production.

Validation in 2-3 weeks

From prototype to production

I build your prototype or MVP and take it to a system that holds up in the real world, not a demo that breaks the moment real users arrive.

  • The Diagnosis is credited against Implementation if we move forward.
  • AI costs (APIs, tokens, hosting) are billed separately at cost, I estimate them before we start, with no markup.
  • The code and IP are yours from day one. No vendor lock-in.

What about the cost of running the agents?

Agents consume AI model tokens. That's billed separately, at the provider's cost with no markup, I estimate it before we start. I pick the model per task:

Task typeTypical model$ / million (in · out)
Triage, routingClaude Haiku · GPT mini$1 · $5
General workClaude Sonnet$3 · $15
Hard reasoningClaude Opus$5 · $25

Typical project (MVP)

~5–30 M tokens to build

roughly €30–250 in inference, depending on complexity

In operation

≈ €30–150/mo

an agent fleet in production, depending on volume

Reference figures, not a bill. You own the API keys; if you prefer, usage goes straight to your own provider account.

FAQ

Everything you need to know

How long does a typical implementation take?

Most automations are live within 2 to 6 weeks. The initial diagnosis gives you an exact estimate for your specific case.

Do I need an internal technical team?

No. We work directly with the operational lead of the area to be automated. If you have IT, great, but it’s not a requirement.

What if what you deliver doesn’t work?

Full guarantee: if the diagnosis generates no clear value, we refund the €300 in full. For implementations, we include post-delivery support and an adjustment period.

What type of companies do you work with?

I work with startups and product teams building AI solutions that need senior technical leadership without hiring a full-time CTO. From validating a PoC to taking the product to reliable production.

How much does it cost to automate a process?

It depends on scope. Implementation starts at €1,500 and Fractional CTO support from €1,200/month. The €300 diagnosis (refundable) gives you the exact budget before committing to anything.
